How do I apply to a programme?+
Start via Admissions / Apply, select the programme and intake, then upload the required documents. Decision within about 10 business days.
Which documents are required?+
ID, CV, motivation letter, portfolio when required (Design / Collection), and language evidence. Exact lists vary by programme.
Are there language requirements?+
Yes. FR cohorts: B2 French. EN cohorts (LBM, STY, FCM): B2 English. Tests or equivalent evidence accepted.
When are the next intakes?+
Dates appear on each programme page. Apply ideally 4–8 weeks prior; atelier places are limited (especially FDP and ACD).
Does tuition include materials?+
Pattern Intensive includes a basic kit. FDP, ACD and DRC bill kits / fabrics separately (see tuition note). STY includes studio sessions.
Do you offer instalment plans?+
Yes, for programmes of at least 4 months, after admission. Contact admissions@staging.efc.example.
Where is the campus?+
Paris 11th (address in Legal notices / Campus). Open since 2021. Candidate visits by appointment.
Are ateliers open outside class hours?+
Yes — supervised open atelier nights are published weekly for enrolled students.
What type of certificate will I receive?+
Each programme states its type (attendance, completion, professional). These are not state degrees (Licence/Master) unless legally stated otherwise. See Certificate Policy.
How do I verify an ÉFC certificate?+
Public /verify page with the printed code (EFC-PROG-YYYY-NNNNNN). Code pilot in 2024; full public verify since 2025–26. No blockchain claim.
Can I request a name correction?+
Yes via the student portal after legal-name confirmation, subject to registrar review (reissue if needed).
Are there student shows?+
Yes — public end-of-session show since 2023, plus open atelier projects several times a year.
Are international students accepted?+
Yes. Non-EU: check study-visa rules. ÉFC provides an admission letter if accepted.
Can I defer my admission?+
A one-time deferral to the next intake may be requested, subject to capacity.
How do I contact the registrar?+

Does ÉFC award official state ECTS?+
Listed ECTS are internal / indicative workload markers. Do not present them as a state diploma or RNCP title.
How long has ÉFC existed?+
Founded in 2021 in Paris 11th. Fifth anniversary in 2026 — see the About page for the timeline.
Do you offer makeup / beauty certificates?+
Yes. Since 2023: Professional Makeup Artistry (PMA), then Bridal & Editorial (BEM), Hair & Beauty Look (HBS) and Beauty Intensive (BIN). All issue a public code verifiable on /verify.
Is the makeup kit included?+
Beauty Intensive and BEM include classroom products. PMA bills a separate pro kit (~€380). See each programme tuition note.
